The Career Agency

The Career Agency aims to train able graduates looking to join graduate programmes with the top firms with key skills and competencies, which will allow them to flourish throughout the application process.

We coach, mentor & guide graduates right the way from applying online, through to the final assessment. Our training seminars take place once a month, and tours throughout the country. We only train 20 graduates, postgraduates or final year students over a period of 5 days, with a couple of hours training each day.

Why Us?

The Career Agency works with the top graduate employers to understand what types of people they

are looking for, and which skills sets they value. The Career Agency is run by Vinay Trivedi, a 1st class mathematician, who graduated from Manchester University, worked with several Hedge Funds, before joining WeComeOne Consulting, and quickly rising to rank of Junior Partner.

Vinay has personal contact with the graduate directors of the top 100 graduate employers. He makes it his job to "know" what the needs of the firm are. He then transfers the required skills through his unique style of coaching & mentoring to those who aspire to join graduate programmes.

Vinay has helped many bright young graduates get the role they wanted within the firm that was best.
