Buying our Consultancy

As a Consultancy we are employed by our clients to provide know-how, expertise, open networks and to provide strategic overview in all areas concerning People, as well as managed services.  The following is a list of expectations you should have of us when you buy our Consultancy:

Expectation One

To provide a strategic overview of the position of the organisation in any, if not all, areas concerning Understanding People; and thence to recommend mid to long term strategic direction.   

Expectation Two

To provide an independent review of a proposed course of action, or of the choice between two or more, typically tactical, decisions, based on knowledge of how such decisions have been effected in other organisations.

Expectation Three

To catalyse change by recommending alterations to internal controls and organisation, often this will be in cases where the client has a clear idea of the problems solution but is unsure of “how to get from A to B”.

Expectation Four

To develop in-house capabilities in the areas of Human Dynamics, for example to manage a new strategy, the intention here is that once strengthened, the in-house team can carry on without our Consultants.

Expectation Five

To be involved in the long term operation of the organisation, as it may be, particularly with all Human Resource driven activity that most desirable management solution is to employ us on a long-term contract to manage particular processes.  This of course is providing Managed Services rather than consultancy.
